Fixed Rate
The interest rate stays the same over the life of the loan. Your payment of principal and interest will remain the same each month.*

Adjustable Rate
Our 5/1 adjustable rate mortgages (ARMs) offer an introductory interest rate that will remain the same for a five-year term, then can change every year after that. Your monthly payment of principal and interest may go up or down once your interest rate changes.*
 
One-Time Close
A One-Time Close option combines your construction loan and your long term mortgage in the same loan. This all-in-one construction loan gives you 12 months to build your home, and then automatically converts the loan into your long term mortgage. Learn more about One-Time Close.

Refinance
Refinancing into a lower interest rate, shorter loan length or lesser loan amount can save you thousands in interest and mortgage insurance premiums.*

Jumbo
If you need a mortgage loan that is over the traditional home loan limit of $647,200, Altabank has jumbo loans available to those with good credit.*

Government backed

FHA
FHA loans are insured by the Federal Housing Administration, which allow them to accept minimum down payments as low as 3.5%. FHA loans are a great option for low-to-moderate income borrowers or first-time homebuyers.*


Rural Housing
As part of The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Rural Development Guaranteed Housing Loan program, mortgage loans backed by the USDA are available to eligible suburban and rural home buyers with low-to-average income for their area. These rural housing loans offer 100% financing with reduced mortgage insurance premiums, and feature below-market mortgage rates.*

VA
Federal Veteran’s Association, or VA, loans are available to assist service members, veterans and eligible surviving spouses in becoming homeowners. These loans often do not require a down payment or private mortgage insurance.*
