Welcome to your new Altabank account! Use these tips to help you get started and take advantage of the digital features available with your account.
Download the Mobile App
Altabank’s mobile banking options allow you to access real-time balance and transaction information. Our mobile website and mobile apps allow you to do the following at no cost:
- Check account balances
- View account history
- Pay bills‡
- Transfer funds, including bank-to-bank transfers
- Deposit checks with Mobile Check Deposit
- Look up bank locations or fee-free ATMs
Download the Mobile App for iPhone and iPad
- Open the iPhone App Store.
- Search for “Altabank” or "Glacier Family of Banks" (business and mortgage customers) and then install.
- Tap “FREE” to install the app.
- Log in using your existing online banking credentials.
Download the Mobile App for Android
- Open the Android Market™
- Search for “Altabank” or "Glacier Family of Banks" (business and mortgage customers).
- Log in using your existing online banking credentials.
Access Mobile Web
Go to mobile.altabank.com and log in using your existing online banking username and password.
To ensure your safety, we recommend that you only download our native mobile apps from the following sources: download our iPhone app from the iTunes Store℠ or iPhone App Store℠ and the Android App from the Android Market™.
Add Your Debit Card To Your Digital Wallet
For iPhones (Apple Wallet)
- Open the Wallet app.
- Tap the plus sign in the upper right-hand corner.
- Select Debit Card and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Use the camera to scan the card or enter the information manually.
- Verify the card with your bank when prompted.
- To use in stores, double-press the side button and hold the iPhone near the reader.
For Androids (Google Wallet)
- Open the Google Wallet app.
- Tap Add to Wallet.
- Tap Payment card.
- Use your camera to scan the card or enter the card information manually.
- Follow the prompts to save the card and verify it with your bank.
- To use in stores, unlock your phone and hold the back of the phone near the reader.
Set up Alerts in Your Mobile App
To add a balance limit or transaction alert:
- Open the Altabank Mobile App
- Tap on the account where you want an alert.
- Tap on Alert Preferences in the menu under the account.
- Choose balance or transaction alerts.
- Tap +Add alert.
- Set an above or below limit alert for balances or debit or credit alert for transactions.
- Tap Add Alert.
To add a security alert:
- Tap on the 3 lines, or hamburger menu, on the top left of your screen.
- Tap on your name at the bottom of the menu.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap User alerts.
- Set an alert for new logins to your account, change of username, email, phone, or password by tapping Active.
- Choose how you want to be alerted.
