Social Media Terms
Altabank, Division of Glacier Bank (the “Bank”) engages its customers and the community through various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, among others. By using, subscribing to, or otherwise engaging with the Bank’s social media accounts and/or pages (“Social Media Accounts”), you agree that these terms and conditions (these “Terms”) will govern any Content (as defined below) that you submit on or to the Bank’s Social Media Accounts.
Submitted Content
The Bank’s Social Media Accounts may invite you to submit comments, feedback, suggestions, questions, reviews and other related content through one or more Social Media Accounts (the “Content”). By submitting the Content, you agree that: (i) you are the sole author and owner of the Content; (ii) you are at least 18 years of age, or if you are under the age of 18, you are at least 13 years of age and your Content has been submitted under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms; and (iii) the Content you post, or otherwise submit, on or to the Social Media Accounts will not violate these Terms, or any applicable law and will not cause any injury to any person or entity.
Bank’s License to Use Submitted Content
When you submit any Content to the Social Media Accounts, or otherwise make any submission to the Social Media Accounts, you automatically grant the Bank a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, unlimited, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, create derivative works from, modify, publish, edit, translate, distribute, perform and display the submission and/or the Content in any media or medium, or any form, format or forum whether now known or hereafter developed. For the avoidance of doubt, the Bank will not use your submitted Content, except as provided in the Bank’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Right to Suspend and Block
The Bank reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend and/or block any person from the Bank’s Social Media Accounts for violating these Terms or the Bank’s Website Terms of Use, which are incorporated into these Terms.
Protecting Your Information
The Social Media Accounts are public platforms, so please take care to avoid submitting personal, sensitive, confidential or any other information you would not like to share with others. For example, you should never post or otherwise submit account numbers and passwords or other sensitive information, such as social security numbers.
Submitted Content Does Not Reflect our Opinion
The Content submitted to our Social Media Accounts, including Content submitted by employees or agents of the Bank, does not necessarily reflect the opinions or official positions, or endorsements or sponsorships of the Bank.
Social Media Platforms and Privacy
When you visit the Bank’s Social Media Accounts, your activity there is subject to that site’s current terms and conditions, along with their privacy and data security practices and policies. These platforms are not affiliated with the Bank and may have practices and policies that are different than our own. Please read their privacy policies in order to understand what information they collect about you and how they use it.

Changes To These Terms
These Terms are subject to revision by the Bank, and may be revised at any time.
Bank’s Right to Monitor, Edit, and Delete Submitted Content
As determined by the Bank in its sole discretion, you understand and agree that the submitted Content should NOT be: (i) false, inaccurate, misleading; (ii) a violation of any local, state, federal, international or other applicable law; (iii) obscene, derogatory, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, slanderous, hateful, or embarrassing to any other person or entity, including as such relates to the harassment, degradation, intimidation, or victimization of an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age or disability; (iv) an infringement on the rights of others, such as infringements on any patent, copyright, trademarks, trade secret, publicity or privacy rights; (v) an advertisement, solicitation or spam link to other websites or individuals, except if such an advertisement or solicitation has been expressly consented to in writing by the Bank; (vi) a chain letter or pyramid scheme, or part of a chain letter or pyramid scheme; (vii) an impersonation of, and does not purport to impersonate, another business, person, or entity, including the Bank and its employees and agents; or (viii) a virus or other harmful computer code, and does not contain a virus or other harmful code.
You understand and acknowledge that we have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor all Content and any submission made to or on Social Media Accounts. We have the right, in our sole discretion and for any reason, to edit, delete, move, or to refuse to post any Content or any other submission to the Social Media Accounts.
Notwithstanding any provision in these Terms to the contrary, you are solely responsible for any Content and/or any other submission you make to or on the Social Media Accounts, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Bank for all claims related to or arising from such Content and/or submissions.
