Online Account Opening FAQs

Everything you need to know about opening your online account.

Banking online doesn’t mean you miss out on our customer service. If you’re having trouble with your online application, please contact your local branch or call us at 800.735.4371.
We’ve worked hard to streamline our application to make it as easy and secure as possible. It’s designed so you can complete it in one sitting. If you do start an application and cannot finish it, close your browser, and complete a new application when you’re ready. 
We can accept Driver's Licenses, State Issued IDs, Passports, and Military IDs.  Please visit a branch or contact us by phone if you need to open an account with a different form of ID, such as a Tribal ID or Student ID.
If you were provided an account number and routing number online, you can start now by adding your account to your favorite payment app.  In some cases, there are just a few things we need to do on our end to complete the New Account Process. It usually takes one business day.  If you do have questions, feel free to call 800.735.4371.
If you already have online banking with us, your new account(s) will simply be added to your current online banking access within one business day of approval.  If you’re a new customer, please fill out our online banking enrollment request and make sure you have your new online account’s routing and account numbers handy. 
Supported browsers include the most recent versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. You can also apply and access your account via your smartphone or tablet using Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.
Sure. Just leave the source routing and account number fields blank for now. You will need to enter funding amount(s) within the minimum and maximum levels appropriate for each account, and then click “Continue.”  Be sure to follow up and fund your new account(s) soon to make sure everything works when you’re ready to go!
