Term i. Entry into the ALTABANK’S Customer Appreciation Giveaway starts July 29, 2024, and ends on August 2, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Standard Time. ALTABANK’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway. All entries must be received by August 2, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. MST to be eligible. Winners will be notified by e-mail or telephone on or shortly after August 5, 2024.
Entry i. To enter, eligible entrants can enter in person by visiting one of our 23 Altabank branch locations by scanning QR Code or by filling out an entry form (see altabank.com for locations) or by mailing a legibly handwritten, self-addressed, stamped envelope with sufficient postage and a return address to: ALTABANK, 33 East Main Street, American Fork, Utah 84003. Include in the request, your email address, your telephone number, your full name and your desire to enter the giveaway no sooner than July 29, 2024, and received no later than August 2, 2024. To be eligible for the giveaway, you must be a lawful permanent resident of the United States and a resident of Utah or Idaho. You must be over 18 years of age to participate. Multiple entries are not allowed through the period of the giveaway
Description (2) Winners per branch location will win (1) $100 Fanatics Gift Card. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at ALTABANK's discretion. The right to receive a Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable and non-exchangeable.
Random Selection i. ALTABANK will randomly-select (2) winners per branch on or about August 5, 2024, in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received.
Notification of Winners i. Prize winners will be notified via email or by telephone. If any winner is not able for whatever reason to accept their prize, then the ALTABANK reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
Delivery of Prizes i. Once the winner has been notified of their successful win, they will be asked to pick-up prize from winning branch location. If winner is unable to pick-up prize, prize will be shipped to winner’s home address.
No Purchase is Necessary i. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THE GIVEAWAY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
