Black and White Days Horse Pull – Official Rules
- Term
- Entry into the ALTABANK’S Richmond Black and White Days Horse Pull giveaway starts May 15, 2023 and ends on May 18, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time. ALTABANK’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest. All entries must be received by May 18, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. MST to be eligible. Winners will be notified by May 18, 2023.
- Entry
- To enter, contestants must follow ALTABANK on Instagram or Facebook. They must then make an appropriate comment on the chosen platform.
- Description
- Each winner will receive 1 ticket that admits 2 individuals into the event. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at ALTABANK's discretion. The right to receive a Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable and non-exchangeable.
- Random Selection
- ALTABANK will randomly-select one winner on or about May 18, 2023 in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received.
- Notification of Winners
- Prize winners will be notified via email or through direct message on Instagram or Facebook on or shortly after May 18, 2023. If the winners are unable to pick up the tickets before the event will forfeit their prize. If any winner is not able for whatever reason to accept their prize, then the ALTABANK reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
- Delivery of Prizes
- Once the winner has been notified of their successful win, they will be required to contact Melanie Hobbs, and will need to pick the tickets up at the Lewiston Branch.
- No Purchase is Necessary
- NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THE GIVEAWAY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
